Just me and two great ladies!

I had the wonderful good fortune to get to meet *M-C1* while I was out east. She is even sweeter in person than she is here online - if you can imagine! She was so thoughtful, she had asked me what I wanted to see in NY and then she planned out the entire day! After meeting at Grand Central Station, we took the subway over to Battery Park where we took a ferry over to Liberty Island. We, literally, spent the entire day together and it was absolutely incredible! She is fun, gracious, kind, interesting, and a wonderful listener. This is not the greatest picture, but I took it with my cheap little tripod balanced precariously on a cement ledge. We considered doing a facedown shot together, but that snow was covered with ice and there was no way that we could make the 10-second timer without risking injury! What an unfortunate time to have broken my remote! I will be posting more shots from my trip later, I just wanted to get caught up on my SP uploads.
