hey, question about those beloved "truffles"
have you ever made them to the point right before dipping in chocolate and frozen them? or would you go all the way and then freeze them? or just not freeze them at all?
it's a labor of love making them, but I love them a lot and would like to.... but would also like to pop them in the freezer for safe keeping!
I'm sure freezing the balls before they're dipped would work out fine. I wouldn't dip them though, until they thawed a bit. And I wouldn't freeze them dipped because I think the chocolate would turn an unsightly white. I'm so glad that you love those things!! They're great!
