FDT: morning has broken edition...278/365

I have been wanting to do a shot here one morning since last winter. When the snow is on the ground, this place is heaven. And now that the days have been getting shorter again, as I pass here on my way to work, the sun has been coming up just as I am driving by, casting these gorgeous rays of light and long shadows. I was trying to think about how I would incorporate myself into the scene, when it finally occurred to me - FDT!! Perfect! I planned on last Tuesday, but there were too many clouds in the sky. Clear skies were predicted today and I kept my fingers crossed. I had to get up a little earlier and made sure that I was here no later than 7:00 when the sun was breaking the horizon and through the morning mist. I took several shots (more than my usual FD's) and I was so wet from the morning dew. I had leaves and grass stuck to my face and I laughed at myself.

On a side note, I forgot to mention yesterday that I had an appointment with an advisor at the university where I had been attending until two years ago. I was reinstated and got a new study plan. I have 12 classes left to finish my undergrad degree. I hope to register for the winter semester that starts in January.

Better large and on black.

Yay! I'm so glad you are finishing your degree. You worked so hard to get your AA and I know having an undergraduate in your pocket will be awesome for you.

I love your SPs. I know its challenging for you, but I am so gonna miss seeing my Cyn everyday ♥.
