Bench Monday: rainy, wet, long exposure edition...333/365

This is in front of the local library and I stopped on my way home from work. I thought I was going to beat the rain, but not so lucky. Well, actually I was lucky because it started raining harder when I was done. This was my very first chance to use my Storm Jacket that Jes sent me over the summer. Worked like a charm! This was a 6 second exposure and you can tell how windy it was from the blur of my pants. But, I like how the tree lights overlap the edge of my pants because of the wind.
We have such a great local library system, which I was grateful to take advantage of while I was going to school. I'm sure that I will be using it once more as I return to school in January. This particular library is a 93,000 square foot building with a current collection of over 180,000 items. They circulate over 625,000 items per year. There are dozens of benches out in front!
