Bench Monday: Tree edition...277/365

I was heading here for my Bench Monday shot after work and I heard this song on the radio and it just seemed to fit with the vision that I had for this shot. It is the time of my life. It's the time of your life. After all, right now - this moment - is all we really have. Namaste.

♫ The Time Of My Life ♫

I've been waiting for my dreams
To turn into something I could believe in
And looking for that magic rainbow
On the horizon, I couldn't see it

Until I let go, gave in to love
Watched all the bitterness burn
Now I'm coming alive, body and soul
Feeling my world start to turn

And I'll taste every moment and live it out loud
I know this is the time, this is the time to be
More than a name or a face in the crowd
I know this is the time, this is the time of my life
The time of my life

Holding on to things that vanished
Into the air, left me in pieces
But now I'm rising from the ashes
Finding my wings and all that I needed

Was there all along, within my reach
As close as the beat of my heart

And I'll taste every moment and live it out loud
I know this is the time, this is the time to be
More than a name or a face in the crowd
I know this is the time, this is the time of my life
The time of my life

And now I'm out on the edge of forever
Ready to run
Keeping my feet on the ground, arms open wide
Facing the sun

And I'll taste every moment and live it out loud
I know this is the time, this is the time to be
More than a name or a face in the crowd
I know this is the time, this is the time of my life, my life

More than a name or a face in the crowd
I know this is the time, this is the time of my life!
This is the time of my life!
The time of my life, the time of my life

Happy Sunday...101/365

Going to yoga makes me happy. Going to Sunday night yoga class makes me happy. Doing something good for myself makes me happy.

I finally got myself back to the gym tonight for a yoga class. Sunday night classes are the best. First of all, one of my favorite instructors teaches this class. The lights are turned down low and she has candles up in front which reflect off all the mirrors. And they turn the heat up and it's nice and warm (not that super hot yoga, just comfortably toasty). I haven't gone for months and it felt so good to be back. I'm a big-gym kind of girl. I love all the extras they have available. My arms are already sore, I hope they're not worse tomorrow. But it's the good kind of sore. The kind of soreness that reminds me that I've done something good for my body - and my soul. For TRP - Happy Sunday
