First day of school......

Today's the first day of school - for me, anyway! Tom starts today, too. Chel-bel starts on the 25th (due to being suspended from school already - long story, it's from last year) and the other two start next Monday. I'm so excited! I've got all my books, spiral notebooks, pens, pencils, wite-out, highlighter, stapler, etc. I love school! Can you say "geek"? Oh, I hope the other kids like me!

Speaking of Tom starting school today.....he finally got his driver's license on Saturday. I finally have a legal driver in the house!

I think today's going to be a good day, I just found a wad of money in the bottom of the washing machine this morning while I was putting the stuff in the dryer. Okay, it was only four dollars, but still.....it'll buy me a latté at Starbucks! Actually, it was already my money since the whole load of clothes was my stuff so it must have been in one of my pockets. Does the luck still count?

Princess likes to hang out with me on the computer in the morning. She's got this annoying habit of licking/spitting on my shirt. Does anyone know what that is about? We're new kitten-owners, so we don't have a clue!
