Well, the ball is finally rolling.

We met with the attorney on Thursday and she'll draw up the papers. She said that they'd be ready to pick up for review by Tuesday. I'll take them to my own attorney for review. Hopefully everything will be good and we can get a court date. The attorney said that it could be done as soon as next month, October at the latest. I'll keep you posted.
